Q. Do you prefinish furniture?
A. No. We are not licensed to
finish
furniture.
Q. Do you prefinish cabinets?
A. No. Much like furniture, we are
licensed
only for finishing doors and millwork.
Q. Do you do metal finishing?
A. Yes, we finish wood, fiberglass
wood-composite materials and metal
doors as well.
Q. How are the colors matched?
A. The majority of all stain colors
are
matched in-house with our standard
stain colors. However, for a fee, we
are able to match most custom colors.
Q. Is your Exterior finish guaranteed?
A. No. The manufacturers of all Exterior
based finish products will not
guarantee against failure, including
Marine or Spar Varnishes. The best
practice is to re-apply a new coat of
Exterior Finish at least every other
year, if not sooner.
Q. Do you provide on-site finishing?
A. No we do not. Due to
existing
regulations concerning VOC and other
harmful emissions, we will not provide
service. However, our facility is
designed to reduce the emissions
and exposure of pollutants to the
environment.
